REGISTRATION


Registration for 2024/2025 will open noon on June 20th, 2024 - Register HERE 

**Please note that some divisions fill up quickly. Players may be placed on a waitlist as divisions fill up.

RESIDENCY:

All athletes FUN to U19 age living in Kelowna/Lake Country must register with the Kelowna Ringette Association.  Players aged 18+ choose which association to register with as there are no residency requirements for this age level.

NEW FOR THE 2024/2025 SEASON:

In alignment with Ringette BCs new Competition Framework, Zone teams are now female only or male only. Transgender or non-binary athletes may register in the stream of their chosen gender identity.

Community/Club teams will be streamed into Female or All -Gender options at U14, U16 & U19. There must be a minimum of 9 athletes to form a team in the specific stream. *Please note that it will be at the discretion of the Club Association to determine which teams in which specific category are able to be formed.

  • Please read the Ringette BC Club Division Updates for more details.  In addition, Ringette Canada is collecting demographic information and registrants will be presented with some questions during the registration process.

U14 (12 and 13 years old born 2011 & 2012) $425 $525
U16 (14 and 15 years old born 2009 & 2010) $425 $525
U19 (16, 17 and 18 years old born 2006-2008) $425 $525
18+ A/B (18 years and older) $425 $525
Goalie (U14 and higher)*must be declared a full time goalie By November 1, 2024 $225 $225

Registration fees includes ice time, insurance, Ringette BC fees, TORL league fees, referee costs and Sweetheart Tournament fees.

REFUND POLICY:

Refund requests must be received in writing by email to our administrator at admin@kelownaringette.com 

Partial refunds* will be issued as follows: 

Before October 1, 2024  - 90% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee.

Between October 1 to November 30 - 50% of the balance between the original registration fee paid minus $120 administration fee
No refund after November 30

*Withdrawals in special circumstances will be reviewed by the board for consideration.(i.e. Medical withdrawals or extenuating situations)

Athletics for Kids' goal is to be there to assist any B.C. child in their dream of playing amateur sports. They want all kids to have the opportunity to play.

KidSport is an organization that strives to ensure no kids are left watching from the sidelines.

Jumpstart offers Individual Child Grants in order to help families in financial need cover the costs of participating in sport and recreation.
